Fear is an internal state, something that is happening inside of us. It's a state to protect or gaurd yourselves. It is so significant that it can over ride our decision making capabilities.

But fear makes us stay only in our comfort zones, restricting oneself not to try different stuff. It's kind of trucking your brain by only thinking the worst case scenario. There's a thin line between fear and excitement and the feeling totally depends on past experiences and memory

So being mindful can get us better understanding of the situation. The other way to tackle is to:

  1. Notice the feeling
  2. Give it a name
  3. Then say it out

By doing this you're telling yourself that you are aware and this will let go the fear in yourself.
